Golf Renovation

Phase One of the golf renovation project included the renovation of the Trepidation course and the practice facilities, and was completed in November 2023. Phase Two of our golf renovation project is almost complete! It is with much anticipation that the Redemption and Salvation courses will open in the fall of 2024.

We are eager to begin our season in November this year with all 27 holes of championship golf and adjacent practice facilities available for play. Rees Jones and his design team employed their artistry to elevate the golf experience at Addison Reserve!

Addison Reserve Country Club

Addison Reserve Country Club and community welcomes new residents and members to a luxurious lifestyle in Delray Beach, FL

The Esplanade

In 2005, the Esplanade, featuring casual dining, fitness and spa facilities, opens to members and their guests. The facility is located by the Mediterrean style pool featuring a fountain in the middle.

Clubhouse Addition

In 2010, there was a 24,000 square foot Clubhouse addition. The addition included the stYr lounge and terrace, two private dining rooms, The Vault wine room, and expanded dining room and golf pro shop areas. The expansion increased the total square footage of the Clubhouse to 70,000 square feet.

Lifestyle Complex

In 2019, the new Lifestyle Complex, featuring The Grill restaurant with indoor and outdoor casual dining, The Spa, resort-style pool, outdoor whirlpool, two-story Fitness Center, Pro Shop, children's center, Tennis & Pickleball Center and basketball court opened to members.

Clubhouse Refresh

In the fall of 2021, the Clubhouse reopened to members after a complete refresh of the facilities. The aesthetics of the Clubhouse now mirror those of the Lifestyle Complex, reflecting cool tones and luxurious appointments.

Trepidation Course Renovation

On May 1, 2023, Phase One of the golf course renovation began. Trepidation (featured concept hole #3) and the practice facilities will be completed in this phase. Phase Two on courses Redemption and Salvation, and Training Facility will begin in Phase Two, set to commence in May 2024.

Redemption/Salvation Renovations

Phase Two of the golf renovation project commences in in March/April of 2024. The Redemption and Salvation courses will be renovated in this phase of the project. It is anticipated that all 27 holes of championship golf will be open to members in December 2024.

A little bit of Trepidation, Redemption & Salvation

Rees Jones

Phase Two of the golf course renovation project, which includes the renovation of Redemption and Salvation, began in March 2024. Construction on Redemption started first, with the commencement of Salvation course construction following in April. All 27 holes are anticipated to be open for play in December 2024. We continue to be impressed with the design innovations of Rees Jones and his team and their insight enhances the golf experience at Addison Reserve.
