Home ownership is required to become a member of Addison Reserve. As a member-owned club, we offer two categories of membership that provide different levels of golf course access.
A Full Golf Membership entitles the Member to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Full Golf Members are not charged green fees or court fees for the use of golf and tennis facilities, but are required to pay golf cart fees or annual trail fees.
A Partial Golf Membership entitles the Member to use all of the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Partial Golf Members are not charged court fees. Partial Golf Members shall be entitled to use the golf facilities up to six times during the season, from November 1st through April 30th each year, upon payment of green fees and golf cart fees. Partial Golf Members are also entitled to unlimited golf play during the off-season, upon payment of golf cart fees. A Partial Golf Membership will allow the Member unlimited use of the driving range and putting facility during off-season, May 1st through October 31st.
Addison Reserve is a private, Member-owned facility and is not open for public play. Sponsored guests of Members are welcome and are subject to Club guidelines for guest play.
Yes, ownership of a residence in the community is mandatory.
Full Golf Membership is $250,000; $325,000 as of February 1
Partial Golf Membership is $175,000; $200,000 as of February 1
The Board of Governors reviews the fee structure annually. Annual dues consist of separate Operating and Capital Reserve accounts.
Yes, Addison Reserve is 100% owned by the Members.
There is a $2,500 annual Food & Beverage Minimum for a family; $1,250 annual Food & Beverage Minimum for a single Member.
